Terms & Conditions

  1. When making an advanced tour reservation using a Credit Card all the card details are kept secure and used for deposit purposes only. Customers cards will not be processed until the actual tour date unless otherwise advised by the Credit Card holder.

  2. Minimum 24 hour advanced notice is required for any cancellation and will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  3. Changing the booked tour departure date will incur a 10% office rebooking fee and the rescheduling of reservations is subject to seating availability.

  4. Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to departure or “No Shows” are subject to a 100% full loss of payment.

  5. 100% full payment will be refunded if the tour is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger from boarding the “Sea Venture” that may be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or a medical condition that may pose a danger to the themselves, other passengers or the safe operation of the boat.

  7. Transport to Sea Ventures departure point from resorts within the Pacific Harbour area is free, transport to Pacific Harbour from other areas is available as an extra cost.
